This month we are celebrating! Our work package leader, Prof. Tina Kold Jensen, has been awarded the esteemed European Research Council (ERC) Advanced Grant of EUR 2.5 million. This grant will fund research to explore the potential causal relationship between PFAS exposure and increased levels of cholesterol and liver effect in the blood in both adults and children.
Tina Kold Jensen collaborates closely with regulatory authorities, aiming to provide insights that will assist them in making informed decisions about regulating these chemicals to mitigate their harmful health effects.
